Job Description – Finance Manager (Strategic Finance)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Saturday Work From Home)
About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Manager who can act as the second line to the CFO and drive the entire finance function with a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing or product-based startup environments and should have independently managed and set up finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end finance function.
Drive business finance and strategic decision-making.
Monitor and analyze the financial health of the organization.
Prepare MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reports.
Work closely with leadership and support business growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Manage working capital, profitability, and financial planning.
Develop finance processes and internal controls from scratch.
Provide insights to the CFO and senior management on key financial metrics.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of business finance.
Hands-on experience in startup finance.
Expertise in financial analysis and strategic finance.
Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ability to assess and improve financial performance.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Preferred Background
4-5 years of experience.
Experience in manufacturing companies or product-based startups.
Candidates currently working one level below the CFO.
Exposure to building or managing finance functions independently.
CA preferred.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
