We are looking for a Program Manager to support the delivery of our consumer and marketing technology initiatives. This role involves collaborating with business and technology teams to ensure seamless project execution, feature delivery, and adoption of digital solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Act as the single point of contact between business users and technology teams for business use cases.
- Collaborate with Brand Teams, Digital Marketing Agencies, Consumer Market Insights (CMI), Infrastructure, Information Security, Data Privacy, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors to manage operations and deliver change requests efficiently.
Project Governance
- Govern projects end-to-end, ensuring clear objectives, timely execution, and successful delivery.
- Establish and maintain a robust delivery framework that promotes reusability of existing technology components and accelerates solution delivery.
- Drive governance practices and continuously improve delivery templates and localized feature implementation.
Project Delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered on time with minimal business disruption.
- Support feature and customer experience (CX) requirement gathering and documentation.
- Contribute to DevOps processes, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management practices, testing processes, and operational efficiency.
Vendor Management
- Work closely with external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Review vendor deliverables and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure documentation, testing, and release readiness.
- Drive timely resolution of technical and business issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Understanding of the website development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing campaigns, and web analytics.
- Exposure to Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Basic understanding of Martech solutions such as CRM, Marketing Automation, and Chatbots.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of Website Development Cycle, SEO, Media Campaigns, Web Analytics, Shopify platform, Martech (Chatbots, Marketing Automation, CRM) etc
- Experience building and managing high performing teams and design/delivery of quality project delivery, partnering with stakeholders
- Good domain knowledge to be able to work with Brand Teams, Platform Managers, and global Stakeholders to ensure alignment within and outside Unilever IT organizations.
- Experience with working on D2C brands is a big plus.
- Experience with products to enable and optimize digital commerce, chatbot, consumer funnel, CRM, Beautytech, AR/VR, food tech, warehouse and last mile are great to have.
- Understanding of consumer technology landscape and platforms like Shopify, Magento is great to have.
- Skills like Tech architecture design, API Integrations, Analytics is great to have
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
