Job Summary:
ImpactHub Connect is looking for a proactive Operations Executive to oversee and manage daily operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain operational data in Google Sheets and other tools.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and essential documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to support operational tasks and improve workflows.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain consistency across all records.
- Track project progress and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant experience.
