Position: Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee documentation, HRMS records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures.
- Monitor employee performance, probation, confirmations, and appraisals.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Plan and conduct employee engagement, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards for management.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Support organizational growth through talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labor compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Pay: ₹30,109.91 - ₹60,305.00 per month
