A Personal Assistant (PA) provides administrative, organizational, and sometimes personal support to an individual (such as an executive, manager, or business owner). The role focuses on helping the person manage their time, tasks, and daily activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Make travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport)
- Maintain records, files, and documents
- Assist in planning events or meetings
- Run personal errands when required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Work Environment
- May require flexible working hours depending on employer needs.
- Sometimes involves travel .
