Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Center Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of a multi-specialty clinic. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospital or clinic management and be capable of managing daily operations, staff, patient experience, and overall center performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Manage front office, patient flow, appointments, and service delivery
- Supervise and coordinate clinical, administrative, and support staff
- Monitor operational performance and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Ensure high standards of patient care and customer satisfaction
- Manage resources, inventory, vendors, and operational budgets
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with quality and operational standards
- Prepare reports and coordinate with management on center performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital or clinic operations
- Previous experience as a Center Manager, Operations Manager, or Clinic Manager preferred
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to independently manage all functions of the center .
