Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location: New Alipore, Kolkata
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documents.
- Handle data entry and prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients through email and phone.
- Manage office documentation and filing.
- Ensure accuracy of data and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Sorting, Filtering, Data Entry).
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Basic computer knowledge and email handling.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
