**Job Title: Retail Sales Head – Jewellery**
**Job Summary:**
- We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Head to lead sales across multiple jewellery stores, drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Drive sales and achieve business targets across retail stores.
* Lead, mentor, and manage Store Managers and sales teams.
* Monitor sales performance, profitability, and KPIs.
* Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards.
* Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
* Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
**Requirements:** * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* 8–12 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail. * Strong leadership, sales, communication, and analytical skills.
* Experience managing multiple retail stores.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
