### About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, active, proactive Creative Designer Manager – Digital to remotely support the Director of AAYM and MD – Research (US). You will be the person for creating Digital content in forms of Digital Videos, Posters, Banners and other marketing Material. You should be good at content creation, though there will be a team to specially assist you with providing content.
### Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Person responsible for creating Digital content in forms of Digital Videos, Posters, Banners and other marketing Material. Communication skills are important, ability to operate with AI assisted software, which will be provided to you is essential.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare presentations and updating the Team on a daily basis about work completed/ work in progress.
- Manage confidential information with high integrity.
### Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Having being Trained in AI software skills is essential.
- Experience: 2–5 years as a Design creator using AI based software.
- Technical: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Teams/Slack, and cloud-based scheduling tools. Familiarity with research or healthcare sectors is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English.

- High discretion with confidential information
- 6 day working week, one weekly off on Wednesdays or Fridays, Sunday will be a working day, as it is work from Home.

### Compensation
- Salary: ₹20,000+ per month, based on experience and skill set
- Performance Hike: Annual appraisal with performance-linked increments
