Role Expectations
- Good Knowledge in PF PT ESI & LWF challan generation and also good knowledge in Excel.
- Reconciliations
- Notice & Inspections.
- Handling multiple clients
- Primarily to handle PF queries.
- Calculation of Employee Provident fund for multiple clients with over 1000 employees
- Calculations of Employee State Insurance act for multiple clients.
- Handling Professional Tax, Gratuity etc
