About the Role
We are looking for a Cutlist Maker to join our Modular Interior Production team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate production cutlists, BOMs, and manufacturing documents for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, storage units, workstations, and customized furniture projects.
Candidates with experience in Infurnia or similar modular furniture production software will be highly preferred. Training can be provided to suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare production cutlists from approved modular furniture drawings.
- Generate BOM (Bill of Materials) and panel-wise cutting details.
- Create manufacturing documents for production teams.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, CNC, Procurement, and Factory teams.
- Verify dimensions, materials, and hardware specifications.
- Optimize board utilization and minimize material wastage.
- Maintain production revisions and documentation.
- Support factory teams during project execution.
- Assist in resolving production-related issues.
Requirements
- Diploma, BE, BTech, Interior Design, Civil, Mechanical, Wood Technology, or related qualification.
- Understanding of modular furniture and interior production processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and production layouts.
- Good analytical and measurement skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Infurnia is highly preferred.
- Experience with IMOS, Cabinet Vision, Polyboard, SketchUp, WoodLAB, or similar furniture production software is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, office furniture, and customized furniture manufacturing.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
