Account Executive – Role
We are looking for an Account Executive who will support day-to-day accounting operations, taxation compliance, financial reporting, and coordination with internal departments.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Accounting Operations
Maintaining daily books of accounts, voucher entries, and bank/cash records.
Handling accounts receivable and payable including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Processing vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and advances.
2. Taxation & Compliance
Assisting in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
Generating e-invoices and e-way bills.
Supporting audit documentation when required.
3. Reporting & Documentation
Maintaining vendor/customer ledgers and verifying billing documents.
Assisting in MIS reports and financial statements.
4. ERP & Department Coordination
Working on accounting software such as Tally Prime / ERP systems.
Coordinating with purchase, stores, and production teams for financial data.
5. Communication & Support
Follow-ups with clients and vendors for payments and clarifications.
Supporting the finance team in documentation and reporting tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
