We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Service Manager to join our team at a reputed car showroom in Aluva, Desom. The ideal candidate should have strong experience as a Service Advisor or in a managerial role within the automobile service industry, with the ability to lead and support the service team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day service operations
- Supervise and support service advisors and technicians
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally
- Monitor service workflow, job allocation, and timely delivery
- Maintain service records, reports, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of automobile service operations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a reputed automobile showroom/service center
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field
