Job Summary:
Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage customer communications and coordinate Sea, Air, and Land Freight shipments. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight forwarding or logistics and be capable of ensuring excellent customer service throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to Sea, Air, and Land Freight services.
- Provide timely shipment updates and delivery status information.
- Coordinate with operations teams, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
- Assist customers with shipping documentation and logistics requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and customer communications.
- Follow up on ongoing shipments and ensure smooth execution of services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service within Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics.
- Good knowledge of Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Land Transportation operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
