Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons in line with the curriculum
- Teach grammar, literature, writing, and comprehension skills
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments
- Evaluate and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and feedback
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
- Participate in school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions
- Support students in academic and co-curricular activities (debates, storytelling, etc.)
- Use modern teaching tools and technology to enhance learning
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at secondary level (10th Grade)
- Strong command of English language (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools
