We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Counsellor to guide prospective students, provide career counselling, convert leads into enrollments, and achieve admission targets.
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning paths.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
- Follow up on demo sessions, webinars, and marketing leads.
- Handle fee-related queries and EMI discussions professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for student onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
