- Receive, verify, and process clinical samples for PCR testing.
- Perform nucleic acid (DNA/RNA) extraction as per SOPs.
- Prepare PCR master mix and set up PCR reactions.
- Operate and maintain PCR and Real-Time PCR instruments.
- Ensure proper sample handling to prevent contamination.
- Analyze and record PCR results accurately.
- Maintain laboratory records, worksheets, and quality control documentation.
- Follow biosafety, quality assurance, and laboratory protocols.
- Assist in troubleshooting PCR-related issues and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure timely reporting of test results.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
