1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a
related field.
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer in a press tool.
3. Proven expertise in press tooling design, maintenance, and
troubleshooting.
4. Thorough practical experience with APQP and PPAP processes.
5. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, with demonstrated
application of Kaizen and Poka-Yoke.
6. Proficiency in process costing and creating detailed process
documentation.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills (8D, A3, 5Why).
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
