Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads and consultations into paying customers and long-term patients
- Use deep healthcare knowledge to guide clients toward the right treatment or program
- Collaborate closely with doctors and medical teams to understand patient needs
- Drive subscription-based conversions with empathy and strong communication
- Influence and motivate clients to take control of their health journey
- Generate high-quality leads through effective influencing and relationship-building
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline to ensure continuous engagement
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales, mandatorily in healthcare, wellness or medical services
- Track record in converting leads to paying customers or subscription users
- Experience working closely with doctors, clinics, or healthcare providers
- Strong understanding of patient psychology, motivation, and behavior
- Very good knowledge of [healthcare, especially drugs, [medicines], and treatment plans
- Excellent influencing skills to generate leads and build trust
- Outstanding communication skills with high emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environments
- Ability to build processes, systems, and customer experiences from scratch
