ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Accounts Executive to own the day-to-day accounting operations of our organisation. You’ll work closely with our finance team, keep the books clean, ensure statutory compliance, and help us make smarter decisions with accurate data.The Accounts Executive will play a vital role in supporting the finance department and maintaining the financial health of the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Record and maintain daily transactions — purchases, sales, receipts, and payments — with accuracy and consistency
- Prepare and post journal entries, ledger entries, and manage general ledgers
- Generate and process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes on time
- Handle accounts payable and receivable; follow up on outstanding payments and vendor dues
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and cross-verify company accounts
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support statutory filings — GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax — with proper documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks on financial transactions and queries
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing accurate documents and clarifications
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking activities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- B.Com / M.Com graduate or a student actively pursuing CA / ICWA (preferred)
- 1–4 years of hands-on accounting experience; strong fundamentals matter more than years
- Working knowledge of Indian statutory compliance: GST, TDS, PF, ESI
- Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar ERP/accounting software
- Strong MS Excel skills — VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas
- High attention to detail — you catch errors before they become problems
- Comfortable with deadlines and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Good written and verbal communication; you can liaise with vendors and auditors confidently
- Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility when handling financial data

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
