Position: HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
- 0–2 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
