We are looking for a confident, client-focused, and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to join our team.In this role, you will interact with potential clients through in-person and virtual meetings, understand their requirements, and effectively explain MAGPPIE's kitchen designs and solutions.You will also be responsible for nurturing potential clients, maintaining regular follow-ups, managing the sales pipeline, and qualifying opportunities. Most qualified opportunities will subsequently be handled by the Sales Managers for closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation & Design Presentation
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and timelines.
- Explain MAGPPIE's kitchen designs, products, materials, features, and solutions.
- Address client queries and provide suitable solutions based on their requirements.

Lead Management & Pipeline Nurturing
- Manage and nurture leads through regular follow-ups and engagement.
- Maintain an organised and healthy sales pipeline.
- Track client interest, requirements, timelines, and purchase intent.
- Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities for the Sales Managers.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads with complete client context.
Client Relationship & Sales Support
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain consistent engagement throughout the client's decision-making journey.
- Support Sales Managers with client discussions, objection handling, and deal progression when required.
- Identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the Design, Sales, and Operations teams for a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information on CRM.
- Track follow-ups, opportunities, and pipeline progress.
- Identify gaps in the sales process and suggest improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain design concepts and product solutions.
- Good understanding of lead qualification and sales pipeline management.
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable with both in-person and virtual client meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
