Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork portal.
- Prepare customized and persuasive proposals according to client requirements.
- Communicate with international clients to understand project scope and business needs.
- Generate new leads through online research, networking, and bidding platforms.
- Handle client queries and provide suitable IT service solutions.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with technical teams for project estimation and requirement gathering.
- Track bidding performance and maintain sales reports.
- Convert leads into successful projects and recurring business opportunities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
