Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director with a strong real estate background to support business growth, sales strategy, operations, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing key client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in business planning, sales strategy, and operational management.
- Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Manage client relationships and builder/developer coordination.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor sales and operations teams.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Real Estate industry.
- Strong leadership, team handling, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle strategic planning and operational execution.
Preferred: Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
