Job Description
- Manage and maintain warehouse inventory and stock levels.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Update and maintain stock records in Microsoft Excel and Odoo ERP software.
- Enter and update purchase transactions in Odoo ERP.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding material procurement and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the concerned manager about stock replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and availability of materials in the warehouse.
- Assist in periodic stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation related to warehouse and inventory activities.
- Follow company procedures for inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Required Skill
- Bachelor's or a related field is required.
- Minimum 0~2 years of experience in Sales/purchase/Inventory of automotive parts is required.
