We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our newly launching clothing brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining the store’s presentation, and helping build a strong customer experience from the very beginning.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable clothing and products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of products, sizes, styles, offers, and pricing.
- Handle customer queries and provide personalized styling suggestions.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is neat and organized.
- Manage billing, cash/card transactions, and basic sales records.
- Assist with stock checking, inventory management, and replenishment.
- Support promotional activities, new launches, and brand campaigns.
- Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to brand growth.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively.
