IndiaRentalz is a growing IT equipment rental company providing laptops, desktops, MacBooks, servers, printers, projectors, workstations, gaming systems, and other IT assets on rental to startups, corporates, BPOs, manpower companies, event organizers, educational institutions, and enterprise customers across India.
We are expanding our B2B sales team and looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager who can acquire new clients, manage enterprise requirements, build strong relationships, and contribute to monthly rental revenue growth.
Job Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager – B2B Sales who will be responsible for generating new business, converting inbound and outbound leads, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and closing rental orders for IT equipment.
The role requires strong B2B sales capability, follow-up discipline, CRM updating, market understanding, and the ability to work closely with internal teams for documentation, delivery, billing, and customer support.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
· Identify and acquire new B2B clients requiring IT equipment on rental.
· Target startups, corporates, BPOs, manpower companies, co-working spaces, event companies, training institutes, IT companies, and enterprise customers.
· Generate business through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, field visits, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and market networking.
· Build a strong pipeline of rental opportunities.
Lead Conversion & Sales Closure
· Handle qualified leads received from CRM, website, chatbot, IVR, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, referrals, and digital campaigns.
· Understand customer requirements for laptops, desktops, MacBooks, printers, servers, projectors, and other IT assets.
· Prepare suitable rental proposals based on configuration, quantity, rental period, location, and customer type.
· Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
· Close deals and achieve monthly rental revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
· Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
· Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
· Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewal, extension, and repeat orders.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and coordination.
CRM & Pipeline Management
· Update all leads, follow-ups, proposals, discussions, and deal stages in CRM.
· Maintain accurate customer data and next action dates.
· Track hot, warm, and future leads properly.
· Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Head.
· Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
Internal Coordination
· Coordinate with documentation team for KYC, agreements, security cheques, deposits, and required customer documents.
· Coordinate with accounts team for billing, payment terms, and outstanding follow-up.
· Coordinate with operations team for stock availability, delivery planning, installation, and support handover.
· Coordinate with support team for customer service issues and replacement requirements.
Market Development
· Build relationships with HR consultants, event organizers, manpower companies, co-working spaces, IT service providers, and enterprise decision-makers.
· Track competitor pricing, customer expectations, and market trends.
· Share market feedback with management for improving rental offerings and pricing strategy.
Required Skills
· Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
· Good communication, presentation, and negotiation ability.
· Experience in selling to companies, startups, corporates, or enterprise customers.
· Ability to understand IT equipment requirements and offer suitable rental solutions.
· Strong follow-up discipline and target orientation.
· CRM usage and pipeline management experience.
· Ability to coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth order execution.
· Good command over Hindi and English.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings within Delhi NCR and nearby areas.
Candidate Profile
· Graduate in any stream; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
· 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, IT hardware sales, rental sales, telecom, SaaS, office automation, manpower services, or related industries.
· Experience in IT rentals, IT hardware, laptops/desktops, office equipment, or enterprise sales will be preferred.
· Candidate should be self-driven, disciplined, professional, and comfortable working with monthly targets.

Salary & Incentives
Salary will be based on experience, past performance, and suitability for the role.
Performance incentives may be offered based on:
