Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and organized Admin Executive cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support for smooth day-to-day office functioning. The candidate should possess good communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk Management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor queries professionally
- Welcome and assist clients, guests, and employees
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Manage courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail activities
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain office files, records, and documents
- Coordinate housekeeping, pantry, stationery, and office maintenance
- Handle vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Support HR and management in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain attendance and employee records if required
- Assist in travel bookings and office event coordination
Office Coordination
- Ensure smooth office operations and workplace discipline
- Coordinate with different departments for operational requirements
- Monitor office supplies and raise purchase requirements timely
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities
- Presentable and professional behavior
- Strong organizational skills
Pay: ₹9,934.91 - ₹30,000.00 per month
