Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Management Intern to help strengthen HARVTECH's digital presence. The intern will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing audience engagement, and supporting the company's branding and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HARVTECH's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form content.
- Develop content calendars and schedule posts.
- Write compelling captions and marketing copy.
- Design basic graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
- Coordinate with the marketing and engineering teams to capture product updates and company activities.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Track engagement metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Assist in employer branding and internship recruitment campaigns.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and brand awareness activities.
Preferred Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Basic photo and video editing skills are an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
