INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUSINESS
Global Broking Centre - our Client Service Delivery team working in different product lines across Aon. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our India offices. Typically, clients will be either a national or a multinational company, with a presence in no more than 10 overseas territories. These clients will be looking for a local relationship with their broker, to provide a tailored approach towards transactional risk transfer as well as risk management advice and services.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
You will be a part of Aon’s GBC Preplacement Broking Business and will act as key point of contact for clients, insurer’s & broker’s, providing expert advice, high quality, innovative and profitable service in accordance with the client’s needs and the agreed Scope of Service Agreement. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of insurance procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the service provided to Client Service Delivery based in UK by your team of Business Service Support.
- Monitoring team activity and coordinating workload in line with SLAs by organizing, prioritising, and making effective workload allocation decisions.

Engagement with the broking teams - large, complex, global insurance contracts, involving multiple insurers and high value insurance placements.

Using technical system and engaging with Onshore Partners to produce policy documents / invoice requests.

Increasing the level of processing knowledge and driving continuous improvement in all areas of processing.
- Building strong relationships with UK colleagues, brokers and other internal stakeholders.

Monitor customer feedback and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

Provide SME technical placement advice to the Brokers as required.

Complex post placement query handling

Liaising with underwriters and Aon network offices.

Implementing changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery.

Being a role model in the team by giving constructive feedback to colleagues to improve performance and supporting the Manager.

Identifying issues with processes handled in teams and driving a process to find and implement solutions.

Producing and monitoring the risk life cycle report your team’s workflow to ensure your policies are on track with performance targets.

Collaborating with Client Service Delivery colleagues to meet divisional targets.

Representing CSD in certain GBC-wide technical Responsible for conducting technical slip reviews
- Experience in team management, and ability to lead team of up to 10 or more subject matter experts, ensuring that theirs and own objectives are aligned with the overall business strategy, that performance is satisfactory, and any necessary action is taken to continually to develop capability as future leaders.

Coach and mentor direct reports where appropriate, to support personal and professional development in the high-potential population, supporting retention, engagement and succession plan aims.

Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company
