Sales Executive – Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, promoting travel packages, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential customers.
- Promote and sell travel packages and services.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
