Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate should have minimum 6-7 years of experience in BMC Remedy Helix .
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.
Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
Experience with integration of ITSM tools and processes.
Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service management solutions.
Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect various software systems and scripting languages for automation.
Competence in performance tuning and optimization of software applications.
