Job Description: Inventory & Operations Executive
Role Overview
The Inventory & Operations Executive is responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role involves coordination across procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and minimal stock discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records across systems (ERP/WMS/Excel)
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
Operations Management
- Oversee daily warehouse and dispatch operations
- Ensure timely order processing, packing, and shipment
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth deliveries
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
Procurement Coordination
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers for stock planning
- Raise purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Maintain supplier records and documentation
Data & Reporting
- Generate daily/weekly inventory and operations reports
- Analyze stock movement (fast/slow-moving items)
- Maintain MIS reports for management review
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest operational improvements
- Implement SOPs for inventory control and warehouse management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory/warehouse/operations
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho) is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
