Telecaller – Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
- Receive and handle inbound calls from customers professionally
- Explain company products, services, offers, and schemes clearly
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions
- Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales as per targets
- Maintain daily call records, customer details, and follow-up status
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and objections politely
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales or support team when required

Pay: ₹8,597.42 - ₹24,664.09 per month
