We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled AutoCAD Draftsman/Draftswoman to prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts, and plans for architectural, civil, structural, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams to convert concepts and designs into precise technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Create architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop civil and structural drawings based on design specifications.
- Modify and revise drawings as required by project teams.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and project documentation when required.
- Review project specifications and incorporate changes into drawings.
- Support project teams throughout the design and construction process.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and drafting standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other drafting/modeling software.
- Understanding of building construction methods and materials.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience:
- Freshers to 5+ years of relevant drafting experience.
Salary:
As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
