Role Overview
We are looking for a Ares Sales Manager to drive sales and business development of alloy steel and stainless steel fasteners across industrial and manufacturing sectors. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing key client relationships, and supporting technical sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients
- Manage existing accounts and build long-term customer relationships
- Understand technical requirements and recommend suitable fastener solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales orders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2–6 years of sales experience in industrial products, fasteners, mechanical or engineering components
- Strong technical aptitude and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
