Job Title: CNC Programmer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to create and optimize CNC programs for the production of modular kitchen and furniture components. The ideal candidate should have experience with CAD/CAM software, CNC routers, nesting, and woodworking machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare CNC programs from production drawings.
- Optimize nesting to reduce material waste.
- Select tools and machining parameters.
- Generate and verify CNC programs before production.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain CNC program and tool libraries.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to production schedules.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in CNC programming for modular furniture or kitchens.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (AlphaCAM, WoodWOP, BSolid, Cabinet Vision, or similar).
- Experience with CNC routers and woodworking machines.
- Ability to read technical drawings and optimize machining processes.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,763.75 per month
