Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Front Office Management: Greeting visitors, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Administrative Support: Filing documents (physical and electronic), scanning, photocopying, and handling mail/packages.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and booking meeting rooms.
- Office Supplies: Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Updating records, inputting data into systems, and creating basic reports or presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Organizational Skills: Proven experience in managing time and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
