Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to handle outbound cold calling. Your role is to connect with potential clients, introduce our software, and generate leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (daily target-based)
- Introduce company services and generate interest
- Schedule product demos for the sales team
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Handle WhatsApp communication with leads
- Achieve daily/weekly targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English required)
- Confident in speaking with new people
- Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Freshers can apply
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BPO / Telecalling / Sales
- Knowledge of CRM tools (optional)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
