Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Craft clear, witty, and persuasive copy for digital campaigns, emails, banners, and social media.
- Idea Generation: Brainstorm fresh, strategic concepts and collaborate with designers and strategists.
- Scriptwriting: Write and refine scripts for videos.
- Content Versatility: Ability to develop short-form and long-form content across various platforms.
- Content Optimization & Proofreading: Edit, proofread, and ensure content is consistent with tone and messaging.
- Senior Copywriters will additionally:
- Lead campaign ideation and oversee copy across multiple projects.
- Provide creative direction and mentor junior team members.
- Take ownership of brand voice and editorial storytelling.
What you'll need:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Professional Experience: 2-4+ Proven experience as a Content Specialist, Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content projects.
- Writing Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
- Tech-Savvy & Collaborative: Familiar with AI tools and analytics platforms, adaptable to evolving content trends and technology.
- Work Style & Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup and across remote teams.
- For Senior Role: Proven leadership, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to mentor junior writers.
