Shift: UK Hours (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM)
What You’ll Do
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital news platforms, including websites and social media channels
- Collaborate with journalists and the digital team to craft compelling visual stories
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., transcription, captioning, tagging, generative editing) to streamline workflows and enhance output
- Optimise videos for platform-specific formats (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Incorporate graphics, subtitles, and visual effects to maximise engagement
- Ensure editorial consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI-driven video production and storytelling
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a digital/news environment
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar
- Familiarity with AI-based video tools (e.g., Descript, Runway, Pictory, Veo or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of digital formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced newsroom environment
- Excellent attention to detail with strong storytelling skills
- Knowledge of motion graphics and sound editing is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
