Security Operations
- Supervise and monitor security arrangements across the hospital premises.
- Ensure proper deployment and discipline of security guards.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections.
- Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
- Ensure visitor management procedures are followed.
2. Safety & Emergency Management
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, theft, violence, medical emergencies, and disasters.
- Coordinate with the Fire & Safety team during emergency situations.
- Participate in mock drills and emergency preparedness activities.
- Ensure emergency exits remain accessible at all times.
3. Access Control
- Monitor staff, patient, visitor, and vendor entry/exit.
- Verify identity cards and visitor passes.
- Prevent unauthorized entry into restricted areas such as ICUs, OTs, and pharmacy.
4. CCTV & Surveillance
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems.
- Investigate suspicious activities and security breaches.
- Coordinate with the CCTV operator for incident recording and retrieval.
5. Incident Management
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Report theft, vandalism, assaults, and other security-related issues.
- Coordinate with local police and emergency services when required.
6. Asset Protection
- Prevent theft or damage to hospital assets.
- Monitor movement of hospital equipment and materials.
- Ensure proper gate pass procedures for outgoing items.
7. Staff Management
- Supervise security personnel and maintain duty rosters.
- Conduct shift briefings and allocate responsibilities.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of security staff.
- Train security personnel on hospital security protocols.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
