- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles
- Cloud & Containers: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (preferably AKS), Docker, and cloud-native architectures
- Automation: Proficient in Ansible, Terraform, and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)
- CI/CD: Deep understanding of GitLab CI/CD, version control, and release management
- Monitoring: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana LGTM, Elasticsearch, and log aggregation tools
- Java Development: Solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture — able to support backend teams and troubleshoot application-level issues
Security & Compliance: Familiarity with secure DevOps practices and regulatory requirements in financial services
