- Complete joining formalities and document verification.
- Maintain employee personal files and records.
- Issue ID cards and appointment letters.
- Maintain daily attendance and biometric records.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs, overtime, and leave records.
- Verify contractor labour attendance and wage records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Monitor contractor compliance with wage payments, PF, ESI, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Maintain cordial relations between management and workers.
- Counsel employees regarding company policies.
- Coordinate accommodation, transportation, canteen, and housekeeping facilities.
- Manage employee welfare activities at the project site.
- Ensure availability of basic amenities for workers.
- Organize induction programs for new employees.
- Coordinate safety training and skill development programs.
- Maintain training records.
- Monitor employee performance and attendance.
- Issue warning letters, show-cause notices, and disciplinary communications as required.
- Support performance appraisal activities.
- Coordinate medical check-ups and health camps.
- Ensure employees follow site safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Assist the Safety Department during audits and inspections.
- Maintain HR MIS and manpower reports.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports to the Head Office.
- Keep records of joining, resignation, transfers, and final settlemen
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
