Hiring: Power BI Developer

Work Mode: WFO Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Enterprise Reporting Solutions. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. - Migrate SAC reports to Power BI – Must Have - Create KPI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports. - Develop complex DAX measures, calculations, and KPIs. - Build semantic models, datasets, and dataflows. - Design optimized Star Schema / Snowflake Schema data models. - Integrate Power BI with SAP, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Azure SQL – SAP Must Have. - Develop Power Query transformations and support ETL/ELT activities. - Manage Power BI Service, gateways, refresh schedules, RLS, and governance. - Troubleshoot production reporting issues and optimize report performance. - Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders. Required Skills - 6+ years of experience in BI Reporting & Analytics. - Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service. - Advanced DAX & Power Query (M) skills. - Strong SQL development and query optimization. - Data & Dimensional Modeling expertise. - Experience with Data Warehousing concepts. - Experience in developing complex dashboards and enterprise reports. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good to Have - Paginated Reports - Microsoft Fabric - Power BI Data Analyst certification - Python/R - DevOps & CI/CD exposure - Large-scale enterprise reporting experience
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
