Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 1–2 years of experience and strong 3D visualization skills. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in creating realistic 3D models and renderings along with preparing working drawings and coordinating site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design concepts and space planning solutions
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and working drawings in AutoCAD
- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings (mandatory)
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, and presentation layouts
- Assist in client presentations with 3D walkthroughs and visualizations
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams
- Conduct site visits to ensure proper execution as per design
- Assist in BOQ preparation and material selection
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 1–2 years of professional experience in interior design
- Strong 3D visualization skills (mandatory)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial projects
- Strong creativity with attention to detail
- Good communication and time-management skills
