HR Recruiter – Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and technical roles.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions
- Understand job requirements and hiring expectations from managers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on skills and experience
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate fitment
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate offer rollout, salary discussions, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Work on multiple open positions and meet assigned hiring timelines
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Experience working on job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
