What you’ll do
Field Service Support: Provide hands-on support for pumps and critical rotating equipment at customer sites, including installation, erection, commissioning, and start-up activities. Daily tasks involve troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance to ensure high equipment availability.
Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer service requests and breakdown calls, delivering effective solutions and maintaining strong customer relationships. Success means timely resolution of issues and improved customer satisfaction.
Technical Reporting: Prepare accurate service reports and maintain detailed field service documentation to support continuous improvement and aftermarket growth.
Training & Support: Assist in delivering customer training on equipment operation and maintenance, enhancing customer knowledge and equipment reliability.
Travel Requirements: Extensive travel across the assigned region to support diverse customer sites, ensuring hands-on service and support where needed.

What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
2-3 years of hands-on field service experience in an industrial environment, specifically with rotating equipment such as pumps, slurry pumps, crushers, or screens.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently at customer sites.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with a strong focus on safety and safe work practices.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in mining, mineral processing, cement, metals, power, or heavy industrial industries.
Familiarity with GEHO or similar slurry pump products and aftermarket service activities.
Experience conducting customer training and technical support.
Basic commercial awareness and understanding of spare parts management.
