Experience: 5–10 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise overall paint shop operations.
- Plan and monitor daily production activities.
- Handle manpower allocation and team performance.
- Ensure paint quality and production targets are achieved.
- Monitor painting processes, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure safety and 5S standards are followed.
- Identify and resolve production and quality issues.
- Maintain production and quality reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
