Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Café Barista Head to lead the café beverage operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of coffee preparation, barista techniques, team handling, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of beverage quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the café barista team and daily beverage operations.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, shakes and other café beverages.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and beverage quality.
- Train and guide baristas on coffee preparation and service standards.
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the bar/café counter.
- Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, beverages and other inventory.
- Maintain proper stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper maintenance of coffee machines and equipment.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve beverage-related concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth café operations.
- Follow standard recipes, SOPs and food safety practices.
- Assist in introducing new beverages and seasonal café specials.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and café presentation.

Who Can Apply?
Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Senior Barista, Barista Head, Café Supervisor, or similar role in a premium café, restaurant, hotel or hospitality establishment are encouraged to apply.
